A delicious and comforting pumpkin casserole perfect for fall gatherings or holiday dinners.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Puree

(about 3 ¾ cups)

(¾ if you like it a little sweeter)

packed brown sugar

all-purpose flour
(or gluten-free baking mix)

salted butter (softened or grated)

chopped pecans
(or walnuts)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add pumpkin puree and ¼ cup melted butter to a large bowl; mix well.
Stir in heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, spices, and salt until combined.
Beat eggs separately, then add to mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour into prepared dish and smooth top. Bake for 45 minutes.
Notes
For a richer flavor, top with extra pecans before baking.
