Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cube the bread and optionally toast for 20-30 minutes, then cool.
Whisk pumpkin, cream, milk, sugars, eggs, vanilla, spices, and salt until blended.
Place bread in baking dish, pour over egg mixture, and soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with caramel sauce, whipped cream, or ice cream.
Notes
For best flavor, let the bread soak overnight.
