A delicious and nutritious yogurt bowl featuring blueberry compote and a vanilla swirl, perfect for a quick breakfast or healthy snack.

plain Greek yogurt (whole milk or nonfat)

blueberry compote OR blended blueberries

honey or sugar-free syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions
Puree fresh or frozen blueberries or cook with a teaspoon of water for 3–4 minutes, then let cool.
Mix Greek yogurt with half of the blueberry puree and vanilla extract. Sweeten to taste.
Spoon the blueberry yogurt into bowls.
Whisk Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla for the swirl. Drizzle over the yogurt and gently swirl with a spoon.
Top with fresh blueberries, seeds, or granola. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra protein, add hemp seeds or almonds on top.
