A delicious and easy flatbread topped with pesto, shrimp, and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

pre-made flatbread or naan bread

medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Spread pesto on flatbread, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Distribute cooked shrimp and cherry tomatoes over the cheese. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and basil if desired. Slice and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon over the shrimp before baking.
