A rich and creamy pecan pie-inspired dip perfect for sharing at gatherings. Easy to prepare with a delightful combination of sweet, nutty flavors.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tub 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions 

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla; whisk the egg separately and add to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped pecans and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip and confectioner’s sugar.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and spoon warm pecan topping over the center. Serve with crackers or fruit.

Notes

Chill the dip before serving for best flavor.
