A rich and creamy pecan pie-inspired dip perfect for sharing at gatherings. Easy to prepare with a delightful combination of sweet, nutty flavors.
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture

Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla; whisk the egg separately and add to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
Stir in chopped pecans and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip and confectioner’s sugar.
Transfer to a serving bowl and spoon warm pecan topping over the center. Serve with crackers or fruit.
Notes
