A simple and naturally sweet pear tart made with wholesome ingredients and minimal added sugar.
Ingredients
Dough

Salted butter
(measured solid, then melted; substitute ghee or coconut oil)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust by mixing almond flour, melted butter, honey, vanilla, and egg until combined. Press into a tart pan.
Mix melted butter, cinnamon honey, lemon juice, and vanilla for the filling. Spread over the prepared crust.
Arrange sliced pears on top of the filling in a circular pattern. Sprinkle with sliced almonds if desired.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use ripe pears for the best flavor and sweetness.
