  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on sweetness)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Ceylon)
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • a pinch ground cardamom
  • sliced apples or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions
