Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil pitas and bake for 5-8 minutes until crispy. Cool for 3-4 minutes.
Mix ricotta, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Spread raspberry preserves on cooled pitas, then top with ricotta mixture.
Arrange peach slices over the ricotta, then sprinkle with blueberries and almonds.
