A quick and delicious layered breakfast featuring fresh peaches, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Fruits

  • 1 ripe peach peach, peeled and diced

Grains

  • ½ cup granola

Sweeteners

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Spices

  • a pinch cinnamon (optional)

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh mint leaves

Instructions 

  • Layer half of the yogurt in a glass, then add half of the granola and peaches.
  • Repeat with remaining yogurt, granola, and peaches.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
