A quick and delicious flatbread pizza topped with fresh peaches, ricotta, and herbs, perfect for a summer snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 flatbread flatbread
  • 2 fresh peaches fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey (drizzled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Optional Garnish

  • a few leaves mint or basil (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Spread ricotta evenly over the flatbread, then arrange peach slices on top.
  • Drizzle honey and olive oil over peaches, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are crispy and peaches are glossy.
  • Garnish with mint or basil if desired, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and sweetness.
