A delightful combination of sweet peaches, creamy burrata, and fresh basil on toasted sourdough, drizzled with honey and chili flakes for a perfect summer snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 2 pieces sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 piece burrata cheese
  • 1-2 ripe peaches peaches
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chilli / red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves

Instructions 

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread butter and drizzle olive oil on the toasted bread.
  • Slice peaches and arrange on top of the bread.
  • Place burrata cheese over peaches, then drizzle honey and sprinkle chili flakes, basil, and thyme.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic glaze before serving.
