Ingredients
Bread
2piecessourdough bread
1tbspbutter
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
1pieceburrata cheese
1-2ripe peachespeaches
1/2cuphoney
1tspchilli / red pepper flakes
1/2cupfresh basil leaves
1tspthyme leaves
Instructions
Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
Spread butter and drizzle olive oil on the toasted bread.
Slice peaches and arrange on top of the bread.
Place burrata cheese over peaches, then drizzle honey and sprinkle chili flakes, basil, and thyme.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
