A fresh and flavorful flatbread topped with peaches, mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic glaze, perfect for a quick summer appetizer or light meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Slice peaches into thin wedges.
Top flatbread with mozzarella and peach slices, then bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Once out of the oven, add fresh basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt and pepper before serving.
