A fresh and flavorful flatbread topped with peaches, mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic glaze, perfect for a quick summer appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 flatbread Flatbread
  • 2 fresh peaches Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, torn
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Slice peaches into thin wedges.
  • Top flatbread with mozzarella and peach slices, then bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, add fresh basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt and pepper before serving.
