Instructions
Cook the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned and softened.
Add spices and seasonings, then stir to coat the meat evenly.
Mix in peppers, passata, sweetcorn, and rice until combined.
Pour in water or stock, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Stir in quark and cheese, top with spring onions, and serve hot.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce cayenne pepper or omit it entirely.
