Ingredients
For the Chicken and Marinade

heavy cream

dried pasta
(penne, rotini, or fettuccine)

Instructions
Combine chicken, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Sear chicken in a hot pot until golden, then set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in the same pot.
Deglaze with a splash of broth, then add remaining broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add pasta, cook covered for 10-15 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan, spinach, then reintroduce chicken. Adjust seasoning and serve garnished with parsley, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
