A delicious and easy one-pot meal combining tender honey BBQ chicken with creamy cheese pasta for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

smoked paprika

sugar-free BBQ sauce or regular

elbow pasta or any pasta of your choice

fat-free evaporated milk

reduced-fat cream cheese

chicken stock powder

shredded light cheddar cheese
Instructions
Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over chicken and stir.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In the same pan, add evaporated milk and cream cheese; stir until smooth. Add chicken stock powder and stir until combined.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Mix in cooked pasta and add honey BBQ chicken. Gently combine.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
