Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and add cream cheese; bring to a simmer.
Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Stir in spinach until wilted, then add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Garnish as desired.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
