A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining tender chicken, rice, and vegetables in a sweet and smoky BBQ honey sauce.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

long-grain rice
Broth & Sauces

chicken broth

BBQ sauce

honey
Vegetables

mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear chicken 5 mins per side until browned.
Mix BBQ sauce and honey; pour over chicken.
Add rice and broth, stir gently, then simmer covered for 20 mins.
In the last 5 mins, sprinkle vegetables on top, then cover and cook.
Let sit 5 mins, fluff rice, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen vegetables as preferred for added convenience.
