A flavorful and easy one-pan dish featuring tender chicken thighs simmered in a balsamic glaze with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
Ingredients

Instructions
Pat dry the chicken thighs and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the pan. Stir and scrape browned bits.
Return chicken to the pan, add cherry tomatoes, and spoon sauce over. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked and tomatoes are blistered.
Garnish with chopped basil before serving. Pair with rice, potatoes, or bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
