Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Cream butter and sugars; add egg and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients and butternut squash.
Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges brown.
Cool cookies, then whisk powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and salt for icing. Drizzle over cookies and dry.
