Instructions
Pulse dates in a food processor until smooth. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil; pulse to combine.
Transfer to a bowl, add oats, protein powder, and water; mix well. Fold in almonds and blueberries.
Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Slice into 8 bars. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, if desired.
