A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining berries, banana, and yogurt for a quick, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt ((or dairy-free yogurt))
  • 3/4 cup almond milk ((or milk of choice))
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ((optional))
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds ((optional for added fiber))
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes ((optional, for thicker texture))

Instructions 

  • Add almond milk to a blender.
  • Add yogurt, banana, berries, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker texture.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a colder, thicker smoothie.
