Ingredients

Eggs

  • 4 pieces eggs

Rolled oats

  • 2 cups rolled oats

Milk

  • 2 2/3 cups milk

Vanilla

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Water

  • 2 cups water

Mixed Berries

  • 1 1/3 cups mixed berries

Instructions 

  • Crack eggs into a saucepan and whisk until even in color.
  • Add oats, milk, vanilla, and water; mix to combine.
  • Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Divide into bowls and top with mixed berries.

Notes

For added sweetness, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
