Delight in these fluffy mini pancakes, perfect for breakfast or a fun snack, topped with strawberries and Nutella.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • pinch kosher salt kosher salt

Wet ingredients

  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, (melted and cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Sliced strawberries Sliced strawberries
  • Nutella Nutella

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients and combine with dry until just mixed.
  • Heat griddle and drop batter by teaspoonfuls. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Thread pancakes onto skewers with strawberries and Nutella. Serve immediately or cover for later.

Notes

For best results, serve pancakes warm with fresh toppings.
