Marinade

plain full-fat yogurt

Instructions
Blend yogurt, black pepper, salt, honey, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and basil until smooth, then add olive oil and pulse again.
Pour marinade over chicken cubes, stir to coat, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high, thread chicken onto skewers, and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Alternatively, cook on stovetop in a cast-iron skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or broil until browned and cooked through.
Serve warm with rice or bread, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
