This creamy mashed cauliflower is a perfect low-carb side dish that's quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Instructions
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, minced garlic, olive oil, butter, cream cheese, and salt.
Use an immersion blender or potato masher to blend until smooth and creamy.
