60gbuffalo hot sauce
60gplain Greek yogurt
1carrotfinely grated carrot(about 1 carrot)
1ribfinely chopped celery(about 1 rib)
0.25tspblack pepper
0.25tspgarlic powder
2cupschopped romaine
1Tbspranch dressing
2largetortilla wraps
0.5avocadosliced avocado
0.25red onionsliced red onion
Instructions
Mash chickpeas in a bowl using a fork or potato masher.
Stir in buffalo hot sauce, Greek yogurt, grated carrot, chopped celery, cilantro, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Toss romaine with ranch dressing. Divide onto wraps with sliced avocado and red onion, then top with buffalo chickpeas.
Fold sides over fillings, roll up tightly, and slice in half to serve.
