Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish.
Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in walnuts and raisins, then pour into the prepared dish.
Sprinkle with extra walnuts and bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with additional maple syrup for extra sweetness.
