Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (245 g)
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple, fresh or frozen (41 g)
  • ¼ cup diced mango, fresh or frozen (41 g)
  • ½ cup unsweetened bran cereal

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with diced pineapple and mango.
  • Top with coconut flakes and bran cereal.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

You can substitute frozen fruits for fresh ones for convenience.
