Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 piece banana
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If it s too thick, add more water as needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a colder, thicker smoothie.
