A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad combining ripe mangoes and berries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 large ripe mangoes (peeled, pitted, and diced)
  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 optional kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 0.25 cup pomegranate seeds (for crunch and color)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated lime zest or orange zest (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped mint or basil (optional)

Instructions 

  • Wash and gently dry all berries. Hull and slice strawberries. Dice mangoes and prepare optional kiwi and pomegranate seeds. Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Add optional zest and herbs.
  • Pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional mint or citrus zest before serving.
