A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad combining ripe mangoes and berries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Fruits
2largeripe mangoes(peeled, pitted, and diced)
1cupstrawberries(hulled and sliced)
1cupblueberries
1cupraspberries
1cupblackberries
1optionalkiwi(peeled and sliced)
0.25cuppomegranate seeds(for crunch and color)
2tablespoonsfresh orange juice
1tablespoonfresh lime juice(or lemon juice)
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
0.5teaspoongrated lime zest or orange zest(optional)
1teaspoonfinely chopped mint or basil(optional)
Instructions
Wash and gently dry all berries. Hull and slice strawberries. Dice mangoes and prepare optional kiwi and pomegranate seeds. Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Add optional zest and herbs.
Pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional mint or citrus zest before serving.
