A vibrant and tropical chia pudding combining the flavors of mango and dragon fruit, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Instructions
Combine milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jug; stir well.
Add chia seeds and stir with a fork until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Peel and blend half of the dragon fruit until smooth, then mix into the chia pudding.
Peel and blend the mango until smooth.
Layer the pudding, mango puree, and optional yogurt in serving cups. Top with chopped mango and serve.
Notes
For best results, prepare the pudding the night before to allow flavors to meld.
