Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Sauté bell peppers and onions 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add black beans and corn, cook 2 more minutes.
