Instructions
Roast potatoes until golden, then set aside.
Cook ground turkey with garlic, oregano, coriander, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
Steam or sauté broccoli until tender, season with salt and pepper.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, potatoes, broccoli, and drizzle with lemon juice, zest, and tzatziki. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
