8ozPasta(any shape you prefer, e.g., penne, spaghetti)

3clovesGarlic(minced)
1lemonLemon (zested and juiced)
1/2cupChicken Broth
1/4cupParmesan Cheese(freshly grated)

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, undercooking slightly. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; stir to combine.
Return chicken to skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
