Instructions
Toss chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook in olive oil until browned, then set aside.
Add garlic and orzo to the skillet; stir for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and cook until orzo is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Add spinach and butter; cook until spinach wilts.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
