A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, zesty lemon, and aromatic garlic in a buttery sauce.

Chicken

lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Rest and slice.
Melt remaining butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Toss in cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat.
Mix in sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
