A flavorful and easy lemon butter chicken that combines tender chicken breasts with a zesty, buttery sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook chicken in oil and butter until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, add broth and lemon juice, simmer until reduced by half, then stir in cold butter and lemon zest.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
