A quick and creamy pasta dish infused with garlic and cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti, penne, or fusilli)

Butter

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

Heavy Cream or Milk

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream or whole milk

Parmesan Cheese

  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Black Pepper

  • to taste Black pepper

Parsley

  • optional chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup water, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet; cook minced garlic for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cream or milk; warm for 2–3 minutes over low heat.
  • Combine pasta with sauce; add reserved water if needed. Stir in parmesan until melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper; let rest for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan and add more garlic if desired.
