Instructions
In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil and brown the rinsed lamb pieces.
Add garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, saffron, and cilantro; mix well.
Cover with water and cook on low-medium heat for 45 minutes, then release pressure.
Simmer figs with cinnamon until soft; stir in honey and adjust liquid as needed.
Fry almonds in vegetable oil until golden, then drain and season with salt.
Arrange meat, figs, and almonds on a serving dish, drizzle with cooking liquid, and serve with bread.
Notes
Use fresh spices for the best flavor and adjust sweetness to taste.
