Instructions
Cook rice if not using leftovers.
Heat canola and sesame oils in a skillet, sauté garlic briefly, then add spinach and red pepper; cook until wilted. Remove and set aside.
Brown ground beef in the same skillet, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, and Gochujang; simmer briefly.
Fry eggs sunny side up in canola oil. Divide rice into bowls, top with beef, spinach, eggs, and green onions.
Serve with additional Gochujang or chili sauce if desired.
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste and serve immediately for best flavor.
