Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider, vinegar, honey, mustard, and thyme.
  • Pour the cider mixture into the skillet with chicken, bring to a simmer, and cook until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry, then add to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Stir in butter until melted and glossy.
  • Serve chicken with the apple cider glaze spooned over the top.

Notes
