These delicious frozen banana yogurt bites are a healthy and easy treat, perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas (firm but not overly soft)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (about 25g)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios, almonds, about 25g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (about 25g)
  • 1/4 cup crushed granola (about 25g)

Sprinkles

Instructions 

  • Slice bananas and dip them into Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, and granola.
  • Place on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Optional: drizzle with honey or maple syrup before freezing.
  • Serve frozen and enjoy!

Notes
