Instructions
Season the shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
Mix hot honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to make the sauce.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear shrimp for 1 minute, then add sauce and cook until fully done.
Remove shrimp, simmer sauce if desired, then pour over shrimp and garnish with scallions.
