Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  • Stir-fry beef with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until cooked through.
  • Sauté broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots until tender-crisp.
  • Mix lime juice, honey, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the ginger lime sauce.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and drizzle with the ginger lime sauce. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy and honey before cooking.
