Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
Pat salmon dry, place on sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix honey, mustards, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, and red pepper flakes until combined.
Brush the mixture over salmon, reserving some for serving. Bake 12-15 minutes until flaky and glazed.
Rest 2-3 minutes, then serve garnished with parsley, lemon wedges, and thyme sprigs, with reserved glaze.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mustard mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
