Enjoy homemade candy apples with a crisp apple coated in a shiny, sweet toffee shell. Perfect for festive occasions or a fun treat.

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Wash apples, remove stems, dry, and insert skewers.
Combine sugar, water, glucose, and vinegar; heat over low, stirring until dissolved. Boil until 150°C (hard crack stage).
Remove from heat, add food colouring, then dip apples to coat evenly.
Allow to set before serving.
Notes
Use a candy thermometer for best results.
