A delicious and healthy homemade strawberry yogurt perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Blend strawberries until smooth; thaw frozen strawberries if used.
  • In a large bowl, combine yogurt, strawberry puree, lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon zest.
  • Stir until thoroughly mixed; adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best flavor, and adjust sweetness to taste.
