Pasta
8ozpasta (Barilla rotini)(preferably Barilla rotini for best texture)
2.5cupsshrimp, cooked and peeled(cut into 1/2-inch bites)
4stalkscelery(diced into 1/4-inch pieces)
1bell pepperbell pepper(diced)
1small oniononion(finely minced)
1cupmayonnaise(preferably Hellmann's for creaminess)
3tbspsour cream(full-fat for better body)
2.5tspvinegar
2tspsugar
3/4tspcelery seed
1/2tspmustard
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1tbspfresh dill(chopped for garnish)
Instructions
Dice celery, bell pepper, and onion; set aside. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just tender, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Combine cooled pasta, diced vegetables, and shrimp in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.
