Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk. Layer potatoes, vegetables, beef, and remaining potatoes in the dish. Pour soup mixture over.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lower sodium version, use reduced-sodium soup and less salt.
