Instructions
Preheat and lightly grease your waffle iron.
Blend oats into flour if using whole oats; skip if using oat flour.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; combine wet ingredients separately.
Pour wet into dry, stir gently until just combined; adjust consistency with milk if needed.
Cook waffles until golden and crisp, then keep warm and repeat with remaining batter.
